What is your process? How are you going to help me? How are you going to take me from my place of pain to nirvana?

Every experience and every interaction needs to be about facilitating the process. Hint: your process is a simple series of events that end in nirvana. It could be as simple "once upon a time...something happened...and then they lived happily ever after." or it could be a three-part epic Holywood trilogy, both can sell like gangbusters.
