As we grow, it can be harder and harder to figure out the levers to pull. When we are small, sales are the key to success. Just get us in front of more people, and we will grow.

At some point, we need to work on CLOSING more people and being more efficient at what we do - rather than just throwing more money at the problem.

Of course, making sure we are focusing on the right problems - at the right time is also important. Wasting time going down the wrong rabbit holes can cost us the most.
